White House Office of Management and Budget publishes complete details of each year's Federal Budget, explanatory materials, and historical tables.

The Congressional Budget Office was established to provide Congress with non-partisan budget information. The CBO site contains a variety of publications and budget estimates.

FedWorld:
The Department of Commerce has compiled an extensive library of federal links on its website, FedWorld.

Section 508 Information and Resources
Section 508 was enacted to eliminate barriers in information technology, to make available new opportunities for people with disabilities, and to encourage development of technologies that will help achieve these goals. The law applies to all federal agencies when they develop, procure, maintain, or use electronic and information technology.

Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) Codes
FIPS codes are a standardized set of numeric or alphabetic codes issued by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to ensure uniform identification of geographic entities (states, counties, cities and towns) through all federal government agencies, including the Census Bureau.

Federal Information Center
The General Services Administration (GSA) has established regional offices serving the larger metropolitan areas of over 35 states.  These call centers are staffed with people who will help customers find the right office, address, phone number, etc. for any issue or concern related to the federal government.
